Poetry

Her white tail flicked.

She was grazing

Not ever completely content.

Her head jolted

Jerked

Every few seconds

Hypervigilant

Alert.

Could she ever rest

Curled up in the clover

Or does she live like me

Always

Forever

Looking over

My shoulder.

    • I was going to reblog one of your posts for my followers but then I didn’t see a reblog but then I remembered you were private. I think I will just put up a link and they can request access?
The deer. I loved them. Their ears looked like velvet.

      • Yes please do, you can’t read blog when a person is private, the best thing to do is write a short post and asked them to follow me giving them the link to my blog so they can request access and of course telling them I told you it was okay to do this

  1. Beautiful. I love it. My mom and I used to see deer all the time at the trailer. They would walk right into our front yard. I loved it especially the baby ones. They are so cute. I love her. She’s a beauty. She’s just plain awesome. I love you and I’m so proud of you!!
